At Mega11, we strive to provide a seamless and fair experience for our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or request a refund for products or services purchased through our platform. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests: You may cancel your order within 1 day of placing it. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
Non-Cancellable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers, eatables, or similar products. However, you may request a refund or replacement if the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. The seller or merchant will verify the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.
Products Not as Expected: If you feel that the product you received does not match the description or expectations, please notify our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will investigate the issue and decide on the appropriate course of action.
Warranty Issues: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the matter directly to the manufacturer.
2. Refund Policy
Suspended or Deactivated Accounts: If your Mega11 account is suspended or deactivated due to a failure on our part or due to government or regulatory instructions, we will refund any unused balance to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Abandoned Contests: In case a fantasy cricket contest is abandoned (due to a canceled match or technical issues), your entry fee will be fully refunded to your Mega11 account or original payment source within 3 business days.
Account Deactivation by Government Orders: If your account is deactivated due to government orders, we will refund your unused balance (after deducting any applicable processing fees) to your payment method within 3 business days upon receiving necessary instructions.
Force Majeure Events: In case of unexpected events like rainouts, pandemics, network failures, or other Force Majeure events, Mega11 may cancel a contest. Your entry fee will be refunded within 3 business days.
Identical Team Entries in Paid Contests:
For contests with up to 4 players selecting identical teams (same Captain, Vice-Captain, and Back-Up players), Mega11 will cancel the contest and refund 100% of the entry fee to all players’ original payment sources within 3 business days.
For contests with 5 or more players selecting identical teams, the prize pool will be equally divided among all participants.
Refunds for Unutilized Account Balance: If you request a refund for funds in your Unutilized Account (not winnings), refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable 28% GST (as per government regulations). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or Mega11 wallet within 3 business days.
Note: GST paid on deposits cannot be refunded.
3. General Notes on Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations will be processed to your original payment method or Mega11 wallet, depending on the situation.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banking and platform policies. However, we strive to complete all refunds within 3 business days from approval.
